As we watch eagerly for the cherry trees to blossom and the the scent of fresh flowers fills the air we know that an abundance of gorgeous Spring fruits and vegetables are now ready for harvest. Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are some of the favorites this season along with bright pink watermelon and honeydew melons (that actually taste like honey!). Spring also supplied us with a wide range of vegetables which are packed with nutritional benefits, such as broccoli, asparagus and beans.
